WASSA EAST PWD GRANTS DAY. 

Wassa East District Assembly led by Hon. Wilson Arthur (District Chief Executive) on Thursday, 11th June 2020 presented items and Cash to some People Living with Disability in Daboase Area Council of the Wassa East District.

The short but colorful event took place at the Daboase Neighborhood Center with some dignitaries gracing the program.

Hon. Wilson Arthur charged the PWDs never to see disability as an inability and should therefore strive hard to make an impact in the communities they find themselves.

Items that were shared includes: Deep Freezers, Cocoa Spraying Machines, Refrigerators, Fufu Pounding Machines, Items to establish local Information Centers, Cash to be used as Capital,etc.

Daboase Area Council climaxed the distributions in the 2019/2020 year as similar events has already taken place at Ateiku, Ekutuase and Enyinabrim area councils.

The PWDs in a joyful mood thanked Hon. Wilson Arthur for his continues support towards them and pledged to always remember him in prayers.
